Our client, a leading company in the water sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil infrastructure projects across multiple sites around Severn Trent . This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead project planning and execution, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects across Severn Trent sites, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
- Develop and maintain project documentation, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate and communicate with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify work quality and compliance with project plans
- Prepare and present project reports and updates for senior management
- Ensure that all activities align with safety regulations and project objectives
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil or construction projects, ideally in the water sector
- SMSTS certification is essential
- CSCS Black Card preferred
- Strong understanding of project management principles, safety standards, and construction practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective stakeholder management
- Ability to track project milestones and manage documentation accurately
