We are seeking a Factory Operative for a temporary to permanent position in Tiptree, Essex.
The role requires previous experience in manufacturing and production, with an emphasis on basic machine operation and manual handling.
Candidates must be able to perform physical work and have their own transport due to the location.
The salary for this position is £12.00 per hour, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 15:30.
Benefits include 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 once permanent, and free on-site parking.

We are currently seeking a Factory Operative to join a manufacturing and production company based in Tiptree, Essex on a temporary to permanent basis.

This role would suit someone with factory experience but is able to assist in all departments as required.

Duties of the Factory Operative:

Basic machine operating duties
Assisting skilled machinist
Loading and unloading machinery
Undertaking manual handling duties as required
Adhering to processes and procedures to maintain efficiency
Safe packing of product

The ideal Factory Operative:

Previous experience within Manufacturing and Production
Excellent attention to detail
Able to undertake heavy lifting
Own transport due to location
Looking for a temporary to permanent role
Able to carry out physical work

Hours: Mon - Fri. 06:00 - 3.30pm
