Factored Product Specialist

The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for a Factored Product Specialist to work within the sales team of a world class manufacturer, based in Tiverton, Devon.Based within the sales team, the purpose of this role is to enhance and expand the companies range of non-manufactured product ranges.Reporting to the Sales Operations Director, the successful applicant will also promote their existing ranges within their sales teams to maximise the uptake of these.Role will involve working with suppliers to enhance training and product knowledge, and also ensure competitiveness and profitability. You will also consider new products for the company to add to their range, developing business cases for inclusion, building relationships with suppliers and creating launch documentation for additional ranges.This role will also involve some requirement for travel, both domestically and internationally to visit exhibitions, suppliers and customers, and also to support our field sales teams with training and product growth, flexibility is therefore required. Company will provide full on the job training for product ranges. An engineering qualification is preferred as well as previous commercial experience. This role would suit someone who is either Apprentice Served, engineering background or business studies with an interest in engineering. Demonstrable commercial acumen with an interest or experience in direct sales.Working hours Monday to Friday8.30am - 5.00pm - 37.5 hours per week, with one hour for lunch. The responsibilities of the role may require additional hours to meet the full scope as required. Hybrid working will be available after full product training is provided and the successful candidate is able to work independently from home.
