QualitySystems Administrator

The Opportunity:
If you are a Quality Controller or Quality Systems Administrator withan in depth knowledge of ISO9001 within an engineering capacity, excellent admin and computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively with managers in a business, and external suppliers. Then this company need you! You will work as a Quality Controller / Quality Systems Administrator on non conformance issues, improving quality systems and warranty failures in this varied and integral role.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Update and manage the companys quality management system, drawing upon your in depth knowledge of ISO9001 conformances.
  • Ensure documentation is kept up to date and processed correctly.
  • Control the incidentslog and investigate non-conformities.
  • Managing change request forms throughout the business.
  • Create clear, detailed documents and liaise with suppliers when alterations are required.
  • Good inward inspection, ensuring items meet specifications and are of the appropriate quality.
  • Quarantine Warranty Returns by assisting in the testing and assessing of items returned under warranty, or out of box failure
  • Create detailed reports, for vendors, to improve production efficiency using Excel.

Preferred Skills:
  • In depth knowledge of ISO9001
  • Proven experience of working in an engineering environment, with a technical background but a desire to work in a quality control and compliance role.
  • Excellent administration, communication and computer skills.
