Key Responsibilities of an Estates Administrator

  • Support the Estate Manager with day-to-day operations.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with contractors, managing associated admin work.
  • Handle the complete administration of facilities management.
  • Embrace ad-hoc assignments from the Estate Manager with a positive attitude.
  • Monitor supplier invoices closely, ensuring budget adherence and accuracy in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Efficiently manage online supply purchases.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance quality, streamline processes, and cut costs.


Key Skills of an Estates Administrator

  • Proactive and adaptable in your approach to work.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience in facilities management and working with contractors.
