A respected and thriving accounting firm located in the Tonbridge region is currently seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to join their friendly and supportive team.This is a fantastic chance to become part of a growing, energetic team in a varied bookkeeping position.The ideal applicant should possess a strong understanding of basic bookkeeping responsibilities, and while familiarity with Xero is advantageous, our client is eager to support development in the role.The responsibilities of this position will be diverse and will include:

Preparation of VAT and CIS returns.
Daily bookkeeping tasks, management accounts, preparing budgets, cash flow forecasting, and managing credit control for clients.
Communicating with clients to resolve any inquiries related to bookkeeping, VAT, or CIS matters.
Occasional visits to client sites may be required, so a full UK driving licence and access to a car are necessary.
