Reed Accountancy & Finance, as a part of our clients growth, is in search of a Bookkeeper for an ongoing temporary assignment, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role. This opportunity would be based in our clients head office based in Tonbridge.

We are on the lookout for a Bookkeeper who can demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

Bookkeeper Key Responsibilities:

Compiling monthly accounts.
Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
Conducting year-end reporting.
Managing ledger invoices for the business.
Processing company financial transactions.
Uploading invoices and receipts onto the accounting system.
Performing cash reconciliations.
Actively chasing and reducing outstanding debts.
