A well-established and successful accountancy practice based in the Tonbridge area is on the lookout for a Trainee Bookkeeper to become part of their welcoming and collaborative team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding group in a varied role involving a range of bookkeeping duties.The successful candidate will have a solid grasp of fundamental bookkeeping tasks. Experience with Xero software would be beneficial, though full training and support will be provided to develop skills further.Key duties associated with this role will include:
  • Compiling VAT and CIS submissions.
  • Handling day-to-day bookkeeping, producing management accounts, drafting budgets, forecasting cash flow, and overseeing credit control activities on behalf of clients.
  • Liaising with clients to address questions concerning bookkeeping, VAT, or CIS issues.
