Are you passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing young minds? We are seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic team at a well-established nursery in Tonbridge. About Us:
Our nursery is committed to providing exceptional care and education for children aged between 6 months and 5 years. We believe in creating a stimulating and safe setting where children can learn through play and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care for children, including feeding, changing, and engaging in activities.
  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to support learning and development.
  • Observing and recording children's progress, and communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in a nursery setting.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and promoting their development.
