Junior Contracts Manager:

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE

Tonbridge (Hybrid and Site Based)

Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm (No Weekends)

We are seeking a dedicated Contracts Manager to oversee various projects, ensuring each project runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career within the construction industry. The successful candidate will assist in managing projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth site operations. If you have a CSCS card, some experience in construction or a similar field, and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you! The position involves site visits, so a full driving licence is essential. We are particular seeking candidates with building or construction experience.

Duties:

  • Assisting in project coordination and progress tracking
  • Attending and arranging site meetings as needed
  • Supporting scheduling of fittings and remedial works
  • Helping to prepare method statements and RAMS
  • Upholding health and safety standards and performing quarterly RAM reviews
  • Conducting quality assurance checks
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with developers

Requirements:

  • Great communications with all levels
  • Have a resilient approach
  • A full, clean driving licence
  • A valid CSCS card
