Based within easy access of the A21 and public transport as well as walking distance to local shops, cafes and restaurants.

?? Responsibilities

    • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service via phone and email
    • Assist customers with their inquiries, resolve queries, and escalate issues when necessary
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer requests
    • Stay up to date with industry-specific knowledge and company products/services
    • Liaising with other departments and communicating with them effectively
    • Managing the customer payment process
    • Contribute to process improvements and suggest innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction

    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally via email/telephone, this could be within retail, customer services, call centre, hospitality or similar
    • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
    • Proficiency in using customer databases or internal systems and Microsoft Office - full training is given
    • Proactive nature and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy customer's needs
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
