My client based near Tonbridge is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join its well-established team.
Key Duties
- Dealing with Customers face to face, via telephone and email
- Inputting information on Database
- Booking in Appointments for customers
- Ordering parts and accessories
- Dealing with questions and issues
- Chasing orders
- Diary Management
Experience required
- Previous experience in a similar Customer service-based role
- Good communications skills
- Ability to work in a pressured environment
- Ability to deal with customers professionally face to face, via the telephone and also email
- Good IT Skills - ideally knowledge
- An eye for detail
