Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for a new role? Do you have previous experience in the Automotive or Manufacturing sector ? This could be the role for you!

My client based near Tonbridge is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join its well-established team.

Key Duties

  • Dealing with Customers face to face, via telephone and email
  • Inputting information on Database
  • Booking in Appointments for customers
  • Ordering parts and accessories
  • Dealing with questions and issues
  • Chasing orders
  • Diary Management

Experience required

  • Previous experience in a similar Customer service-based role
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability to work in a pressured environment
  • Ability to deal with customers professionally face to face, via the telephone and also email
  • Good IT Skills - ideally knowledge
  • An eye for detail
