- Delivering excellent customer service by telephone and email
- Working with the team to run a busy subscription platform
- Update systems with relevant information
- Manage customers orders and their expectations
- Ensure that all customer queries are followed up and answered in a timely manner
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices preferably gained at Contact/Call centre
- Good level of computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Must have GCSE English and Maths as a minimum
- Must be able to multi-task, be flexible and detail orientated yet see the bigger picture
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Salary - £25,000 - £27,000
- Full time 8.30am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
