About the Role
As Clinical Home Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference by:
- Leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver outstanding person-centered care.
- Overseeing all aspects of home management, including clinical standards, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Working closely with residents, families, and external professionals to maintain and enhance the home’s reputation.
- Driving continuous improvement to uphold our GOOD CQC rating and strive for excellence.
About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A valid NMC PIN and strong clinical leadership experience.
- A proven track record in care home management with knowledge of CQC regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for residents.
