An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven and technically skilled Accounts and Tax Manager to join a respected Chartered Accountancy practice.
Candidates should have prior experience in finalising year-end accounts and tax returns, preferably with a portfolio of clients and supervisory experience with junior team members.
Key responsibilities include preparing financial accounts, completing tax returns, managing client portfolios, and mentoring junior staff.
The position requires an ACA or ACCA qualification, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with a preference for those already at the Manager level or aspiring to that role.

Completing and evaluating tax returns for clients
Managing a portfolio of clients

Engaging with clients and providing expert advice on tax and accounting matters

Requirements:

ACA or ACCA qualification
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
Demonstrated experience in handling a client portfolio and leading a junior team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
