A tremendously exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious client manager to join this growing and well-respected West Kent firm of chartered accountants.
Our client, a supportive mid-tier general practice firm, is looking for a Cleint Manager for their Tonbridge based office. You will have your own portfolio of general practice sector clients and the chance to grow this portfolio almost immediately.
The Client Manager will focus on OMBs, the workload would be a mix of audit, accounts and tax, as well as exposure to ad-hoc advisory projects.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Reviewing WIP on completion of the job and alerting partner to issues on any overruns.
- Taking full responsibility for the whole client audit, considering planning, fieldwork, and finalisation of the audit.
- Final review of corporation tax returns and associated schedules ensuring they are accurate.
- Final review of Accounts preparation
- Involvement in Business Development and Networking Events
What about you?
- Be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Have excellent technical knowledge in all areas of accounting, tax and audit.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients, including WIP & billing
- Demonstrable experience with positive staff management and mentorship
