Your Role as Technical Integration LeadAs a Technical Integration Lead, youll oversee the integration of Candidlys platform with partner systems, ensuring a smooth, scalable experience for our customers. Youll play a key role in expanding our capabilities and making our platform even more impactful for SMBs.
What Youll Do- Lead Seamless Integrations: Manage the technical implementation of integrations with HR systems, job boards, and other partner platforms.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver solutions that align with customer needs.
- Troubleshoot & Optimize: Provide expert guidance to partners during integrations, resolving issues efficiently and proactively improving processes.
- Scale Our Platform: Develop repeatable processes and scalable integration frameworks to support our rapid growth and expanding customer base.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms. Familiarity with HR technology or ATS solutions is a plus.
