  • HR Operations: Manage daily HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and resolve cases with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment activities, ensuring seamless onboarding for new team members.
  • Policy Development: Create and update HR policies to support organisational goals and compliance.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with managers on employee reviews, development plans, and objective setting.
  • HR Metrics: Develop and analyse HR data to inform decisions related to payroll, attendance, and other employee metrics.
  • Apprenticeship Management: Oversee and grow the apprenticeship programme.
  • ISO Standards: Support quality management systems and maintain ISO 9001 standards in partnership with the quality team.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR roles.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in ISO 9001-certified environments.
  • Familiarity with apprenticeship schemes.
  • ERP system knowledge.
  • Experience in automating HR processes to enhance efficiency.
Schedule:
  • Full-time, permanent role.
  • Monday to Friday.
Additional Information:
  • Applicants must hold CIPD certification and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have UK work authorisation and be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Tonbridge.
