Supply Chain Coordinator
8am – 5pm – fully office based
West Kent
£25,000 - £32,000 DOE Â
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our well-established client based in West Kent. To be considered for this role you must have strong forecasting and stock control experience within a FMCG environment.
Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the buying team with stock management and the movement of stock between multiple sites.
- Managing customer enquiries and updating records with relevant and accurate information.
- Placing orders with suppliers.
- Confirming delivery dates.
- Processing invoices.
- Forecasting.
- Dealing with customs clearance.
- Ordering stationary for the office.
- Supporting with administrative tasks and forecast planning.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
The successful candidate for this role will have/be:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Forecasting and stock control experience.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A quick learner and willing to learn new systems.
- Able to make independent decisions and resolve customer problems effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Forward thinking with a positive work attitude.
