Description
- Administering financial transactions and invoices.
- Processing payments and reconciling accounts.
- Maintaining financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Preparing financial reports for management.
- Ensure all emails and documents are uploaded to claims database.
- Record all claims updates on daily spreadsheet.
- First point of contact for all claims and hold latest update information.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and regulations.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
Profile
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- Familiarity with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
