We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including reconciling email inbox, processing customer information, and maintaining financial records.

Description

  • Administering financial transactions and invoices.
  • Processing payments and reconciling accounts.
  • Maintaining financial records in accordance with company policies.
  • Preparing financial reports for management.
  • Ensure all emails and documents are uploaded to claims database.
  • Record all claims updates on daily spreadsheet.
  • First point of contact for all claims and hold latest update information.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting and regulations.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.

Profile

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • Familiarity with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
