A leading law firm in West Kent is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark and advance your career with a top-tier firm!
Duties for this Private Client Solicitor role include:
- Strategic Planning for Estate and Care Fees
- Comprehensive Will Drafting and Preparation
- Establishing and Managing Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Navigating Court of Protection Matters
- Creating and Administering Trusts
- Probate Services and Full Estate Administration
- Inheritance Tax Planning, including Investment Solutions
- Advising on Charitable Giving and Supporting Charitable Causes
- Providing Deputyship Services and Support for Vulnerable Individuals
The successful candidate will have/ be:
- A fully qualified solicitor.
- STEP qualification (Highly Desirable)
- Strong experience working within a practise within the Private Client department.
- Experience working in a fast-paced team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client care.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and organised.
- Able to manage own case load, prioritise workload and work within tight deadlines.
- Disciplined and enthusiastic.
