A leading law firm in West Kent is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark and advance your career with a top-tier firm!

Duties for this Private Client Solicitor role include:

  • Strategic Planning for Estate and Care Fees
  • Comprehensive Will Drafting and Preparation
  • Establishing and Managing Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Navigating Court of Protection Matters
  • Creating and Administering Trusts
  • Probate Services and Full Estate Administration
  • Inheritance Tax Planning, including Investment Solutions
  • Advising on Charitable Giving and Supporting Charitable Causes
  • Providing Deputyship Services and Support for Vulnerable Individuals

The successful candidate will have/ be:

  • A fully qualified solicitor.
  • STEP qualification (Highly Desirable)
  • Strong experience working within a practise within the Private Client department.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client care.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and organised.
  • Able to manage own case load, prioritise workload and work within tight deadlines.
  • Disciplined and enthusiastic.
