Private Client Solicitor - High Net Worth Individuals Location: Tonbridge, Kent Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our established practice in Tonbridge, Kent. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of high net worth clients, providing expert legal advice on complex matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive private client services to high net worth individuals
- Managing complex wills, trusts, and estate planning
- Handling probate administration and inheritance tax planning
- Advising on wealth preservation and succession planning
- Overseeing lasting powers of attorney and court of protection matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience in private client work
- Proven track record of managing high net worth client portfolios
- Strong technical knowledge of tax and trust law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to the wider team
- STEP qualification (preferred)
