- Develop and implement quality, environmental and safety plans.
- Champion quality standards and best practices across the organisation.
- Lead investigations and implement corrective actions for quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 22000 (FSSC) standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to HACCP principles.
- Analyse data to identify trends and develop strategic quality initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality assurance or control within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Quality Management or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.(advantageous, however not essential).
