We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Manager to lead and drive quality excellence in a dynamic and international market leader!This role is crucial to ensuring compliance, enhancing product quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality, environmental and safety plans.
  • Champion quality standards and best practices across the organisation.
  • Lead investigations and implement corrective actions for quality-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 22000 (FSSC) standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Conduct audits and ensure adherence to HACCP principles.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and develop strategic quality initiatives.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality assurance or control within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Quality Management or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.(advantageous, however not essential).
