Legal Secretary / Legal PAAre you an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal PA with a background in property law? Do you thrive in a role that combines traditional support work with modern legal processes?We are recruiting for a highly regarded property specialist firm known for handling high-quality residential and commercial property matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and efficient legal support professional to join a dynamic team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).The Role: As a Legal Secretary / Legal PA, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners across a mix of residential and commercial property transactions. This is not a traditional dictation-heavy role, as much of that work is outsourced. Instead, you will provide essential administrative and legal support, with plenty of variety in your day-to-day responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and producing legal documents, including engrossments
  • Assisting with the management of data rooms, DocuSign, and search platforms
  • Handling routine administrative tasks such as scanning and document organisation
  • Supporting fee earners with legal and client-related tasks to ensure efficient case management
  • Using your initiative to improve processes and streamline workflows
What We’re Looking For:
  • Legal experience in property law is essential (residential or commercial)
  • A highly efficient and detail-oriented Legal Secretary / PA
  • Someone who enjoys their role and isn’t looking to transition into another position within a short period
  • A proactive individual who is comfortable with modern legal processes and technology
  • A team player who can work independently and adapt to the evolving needs of a busy property practice
