Location: Paddock Wood, Kent
Salary: 25,000 - 27,000
Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:00) - 2 days hybrid working per week after successful probation

From You:
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and a true team player mentality.
Job Role:
- Manage day-to-day logistics operations for product shipments and deliveries globally (Air, Sea, Road, Imports, Exports, and Domestic).
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and any logistical movements.
- Proactively resolve any logistical issues or delays that arise during the process.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Ensure all dispatches within and outside the EU follow correct company procedures and shipping terms.
