Warehouse Supervisor

Adore Recruitment are currently looking for Warehouse Supervisor to work in Paddock Wood, Kent. Permanent vacancy.

The role will involve overseeing and optimizing all inbound, outbound, and inventory processes to ensure seamless warehouse operations, managing staff performance, attendance and development, leading training initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices, implementing and refining processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity, analysing performance metrics and reporting findings to senior management, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at all times, other general duties.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the similar role, warehouse and people management, experience in using WMS systems, will have strong organisational and effective communication skills.

Shift Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm / 6pm - also working some weekends on rotating basis ( weekend work paid as overtime).

Salary £32k
