Our client is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team, supporting the delivery of high-quality construction projects across Kent. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to assist in planning and coordination, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining quality control, and managing project documentation. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in construction, with structured support for professional growth.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting in the development and monitoring of work schedules and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
