Toolmaker

Our Client is seeking an experienced Toolmaker.

Hours:            Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm

Location:        Tonbridge

Salary:            negotiable + OT when required


The Toolmaker role would suit candidates with the following skills / experience:

The successful applicant should be able to provide a wide range of Tool room skills.

• Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings
• General machining and bench hand experience essential
• Work to small tolerances
• To repair/refurbish and manufacture tooling to maximum production efficiency
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Self-motivated and task orientated
• Ensure housekeeping is to highest standard
• Knowledge of ISO09001:2008
• Car driver – living within 30 minute commute of Tonbridge, Kent

REQUIREMENTS

• City and guilds qualification (or equivalent)
• Ideally time served Toolmaker
