About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join Adaro Optics Limited's risk and compliance team. This is an interesting and varied role, where you will be reporting to the risk and compliance manager and assisting with day-to-day activities to ensure the business remains compliant with industry regulations, including:

  • Supporting the managing of the ongoing assessment and onboarding of appointed representatives in the network.
  • Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks to support the compliance function.
  • Help maintain compliance records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for compliance-related projects and audits.
  • Support communication with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
  • Assist in the completion of ongoing tasks that sit within the teams Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP)

About You
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail. While prior compliance experience is not required, previous experience in an administrative or support role would be advantageous.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A proven track record of working with MS Word, Excel and Teams,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and develop within a compliance function.
