  • The Senior Technical Coordinator will oversee all technical aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective communication between consultants, construction teams, and internal departments.

  • Oversee project coordination and manage the flow of technical information.

  • Review technical reports, designs, planning layouts, engineering and landscaping drawings, ensuring efficiency and coherence.

  • Assess house type and apartment block drawings for structural integrity.

  • Coordinate working drawings, ensuring alignment with approved planning schemes.

  • Facilitate clearance of planning conditions and statutory obligations.

  • Liaise with consultants to obtain site-specific reports on ecology, archaeology, and other requirements.

  • Secure necessary building regulations and statutory approvals.

  • Provide technical support to internal teams.

  • Maintain up-to-date project records, including drawings, reports, and registers.

  • Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC, Premier Guarantee, and National Design Space Standards.

  • Review sales materials for technical accuracy.

  • Conduct site visits to oversee the transition from design to construction.

  • Attend project review meetings and subcontractor briefings.

  • Identify technical issues and report them to senior management.

  • Manage pre-completion testing, including sound and air pressure assessments.

  • Address technical queries from all departments and site teams.

  • This role requires a proactive approach to managing technical challenges, ensuring that all project information is precise, coordinated, and delivered efficiently.
