They work within the domestic and commercial housing sector and is now looking for a Lettings Manager to oversee and develop their residential lettings portfolio in Tonbridge.In this varied role you will be responsible for leading a department and growing a team of agents around you. On a day-to-day basis you will manage landlord and tenant relationships, oversee property viewings and tenancy agreements and liaise with customers, contractors and other departments. This varied role would suit a Lettings Manager or similar looking for an exciting team leadership role within a residential lettings company who offer the chance for ongoing development.The Role:

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships with professionalism and care.
• Overseeing property viewings, marketing, and tenancy agreements.
• Ensuring full compliance with lettings regulations and standards.
• Conducting site visits to assess maintenance and repairs.
• Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30, with occasional Saturdays.

The Person:

• Lettings Manager or similar
• Background in Residential lettings
• Full UK Driving Licence
