We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding special needs school located in Tonbridge. This is a full-time, 5-days-a-week position, where you will play a key role in supporting students with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential.

No experience is necessary - we welcome individuals who are passionate about working with children as n SEN Teaching Assistant and making a difference in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Help students with their learning, both in the classroom and during outdoor or group activities.
  • Provide one-to-one support for students with additional needs, ensuring their inclusion and participation in all school activities.
  • Help students develop social, communication, and emotional skills.
  • Support with behaviour management, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
