- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, both in the classroom and during activities, ensuring they are able to fully engage with the curriculum.
- Assist teachers in planning and implementing tailored learning activities to meet the needs of Welsh-speaking students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and empowered to succeed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to monitor student progress and implement effective strategies for improvement.
- Uphold the school's policies and procedures, promoting a safe and respectful learning environment for all.
- Fluency in Welsh is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Welsh and English.
- Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
