We are seeking a HR business partner to join a Local Authority on a FTC contract until 31st March 2025. This role is offering great flexibility and hybrid working.

HR Business Partner
Salary: 33,024 - 43,421 depending on experience and qualifications

HR Business Partner responsibilities:

To work as a professional HR Business Partner to all functions of the Council including Academies, Schools and external customers.
To strategically support the business to achieve successful outcomes and to work collaboratively with all levels of management to achieve transformational goals.
Partnering with service areas to ensure that effective performance management takes place throughout the organisation, driving forward key organisational goals.
Responsible for the provision of professional, specialist, consistent and proactive HR advice, guidance and coaching in line with the organisations policy and procedural frameworks and legislation.

HR Business Partner requirements:

Level 5 - 7 CIPD Qualified
Experience in partnering with key stake holders, employee relations, changed management, policy development and local government terms and conditions
