We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on the industrial and logistics sectors. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will be involved in both business development and recruitment activities.
Role Overview:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment process from start to finish. You will generate new business leads, build relationships with clients, and manage the recruitment of candidates to meet client needs in the industrial and logistics sectors. You will play a key role in securing new business, providing tailored staffing solutions, and delivering a high level of service to both clients and people for our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the industrial and logistics sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs and offer customised solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting Synergise Recruitments services.
- Negotiate terms of business, fees, and contracts with clients.
- Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and interview people to match client requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process from people sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Maintain an active people database and use various job boards and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Prepare and guide people throughout the interview process, providing feedback and managing expectations.
- Account Management:
- Ensure a high level of service is maintained with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with clients to understand ongoing recruitment needs and provide suitable staffing solutions.
- Address any issues that may arise with client placements or peoples performance promptly.
- Market Awareness:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to remain competitive.
- Use market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within a 360 role or similar environment.
- Experience within the industrial and logistics sectors is preferred.
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
