 Job Description:

The catering team is vital in keeping guests and colleagues energised and hydrated, ready for the adventures that lie ahead! Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you'll oversee a team of Catering Assistants, ensuring the dining area is spotless and inviting, the food is delicious and visually appealing, and guests are content and well-cared for.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of Catering Assistants, ensuring efficient and effective service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring it is always inviting and presentable.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring meals are tasty, appealing, and meet quality standards.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and available.
  • Coordinate with the Front of House Manager to align on service standards and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Handle guest feedback and concerns, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
