You'll be part of a team committed to making a difference in the lives of young people, providing mentorship, guidance, and advocacy.This role is really suited to someone who likes to manage their own diary and caseload, and enjoys interacting with lots of people on a daily basis.

  • Create and implement engaging programs that promote personal and social development.
  • Collaborate with community partners to expand the reach and impact of youth initiatives.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Update risk assessments and risk management plans
  • Create, and update support action plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with young people from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Requirements:
  • An ability to engage with a range of young people
  • A tenacity in seeking the best outcomes for young people
  • A good understanding of young people’s needs, safeguarding and emotional and mental health issues
  • An understanding of support needs and support planning
  • Understand risk assessing and risk management
