£25,000 (£60,000 OTE) + Commission + Hybrid + Vehicle Use + Progression + Technical Training into Solar PV Design + Autonomy + Pension + Holiday

Are you experienced in some form of technical sales, looking to progress into the renewable energy industry within a role with full training?

Do you want to dramatically increase your earnings through commission within a role that comes with autonomy as well as career progression?

My client is a reputable and well-known organisation who provide both domestic and commercial renewable energy services to businesses and communities across the Devon area. With innovation in mind - they have developed new ways to distribute clean energy and are moving to work on new technologies such as wind and hydro.

In this role, you will be primarily working within the commercial market. Form site surveys, lead generation, system design and closing deals - this is an exciting and varied chance to train into technical solar PV sales and design and earn plenty of commission!

This is the ideal role for a technical salesperson looking for an autonomous role where you can develop your owns sales strategy, along with your own career. You will be looking to receive full training into Solar PV design, as well as securing yourself a skillset within a futureproof industry.

The Person:

  • Experience in some form of technical sales.
  • Customer-focused salesperson, with experience in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience in sales - ideally within a commercial market.
  • Pro-active and independent - willing to take initiative and develop your own methods to achieve sales success.

The Role:

  • Selling Solar PV Systems to domestic and commercial customers, mainly commercial.
  • Managing incoming leads, ensuring customers are smoothly taken through the sales process.
  • Solar PV System design using PVSyst and Open Solar (Full training provided).
  • Site visits and surveys.
  • Closing sales.
  • Commission based on sales targets, with current staff earning an OTE of £60,000.
