As Head Chef, youll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, helping to maintain excellent standards and reputation.

Youll work with locally sourced, quality seasonal ingredients to create modern British cuisine with other influences.

Working closely with an award-winning Executive Chef, you will collaborate on menu development for the bistro.

Accommodation is available if needed.

Previous experience as a strong Senior sous Chef or Head Chef in a high volume restaurant with British influence is essential
