Data Entry Administrator

We are excited to be working with our client, who is looking for a Data Entry Administrator. Working within a vibrant and friendly office environment in a busy role and with a company that offers progression. While your focus will be on data entry, your attention to detail, initiative, and comfort with working with large amounts of data will be paramount.

As part of a team, duties will include:

  • Record and monitor stock movements.
  • Receive and log stock upon arrival - no physical stock on-site.
  • Review purchase orders and finalise their associated costs.
  • Allocate stock to sales orders as required.
  • Complete stock transfers.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly stock reconciliations.
  • Address internal and external queries promptly.
  • Generate weekly reports.
  • Manage telephone communications during core business hours.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed.

The successful candidate will have attention to detail and accuracy, be a confident communicator via email, telephone, and face-to-face, and have previous experience gained with administration. They will also have Good Excel skills, general IT know-how, and the ability to work to deadlines.

The role is based in a rural location which is not supported by a local bus route but is commutable by car or motorcycle from Towcester, Silverstone, Northampton, and Milton Keynes.

  • c£25,060 per annum
  • Hours of work 8.00am - 4.30pm (Monday to Friday)
  • 22 days holiday + statutory bank holidays.
