This thriving locally based business, which has been established for over 20 years, has a new opportunity for a Data Entry Administrator to join their Central Admin team.As the Data Entry Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Receive/book all stock for arrivals no later than 9am the following day (ETA reports / receipts)
  • Record pack house stock movements
  • Create work orders according to packing report doc / close and complete
  • Allocate stock to sales orders
  • Transfer market stock
  • Reconcile consignment stocks daily
  • Action stock write offs once signed off by commercial support
  • Deal with queries with the packhouse (external)
  • Month end stock reconciliations
  • Answer telephone during core hours
