Working with a national property company with chartered surveyors, town planners, architects, business consultants, heritage consultants and engineers.

The role involves supporting our rural teams in the delivery of their work in rural agency, land development and farm business advice. The role will be to assist in the smooth running of the office, offering an excellent level of service.

A high level of engagement with delivery is expected to include checking figures, proof reading documents and identifying improvements to work processes.

The successful candidate must have experience in an office role in a professional services environment. Duties will include although not be confined to:

• Monitoring of emails and managing, filtering and prioritising communications

• Drafting letters/emails to clients including terms of business and invoice covering notes

• Audio typing

• File administration including dead filing and archiving

• Production, collation and logging of invoices

• Answering of telephone

• Co-ordination of electronic diaries for meetings

• Processing Anti Money Laundering checks in accordance with relevant regulations

• Preparing marketing material and use of in-house agency software

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individual with a "can-do" attitude and the capability to become an integral part of our team. The following attributes are essential:

• Previous experience in an administrative position in a professional environment

• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills

• Experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel to an intermediate/advanced standard

• Excellent organisational skills

• Ability to work unsupervised and be able to demonstrate initiative

• The ability to liaise with clients and staff in a professional manner
