- Supporting with the onboarding of new suppliers including requesting due diligence information.
- Communicating regularly by email / phone with the suppliers to deal with any queries in a timely manner.
- Updating the procurement systems and maintain supplier records to ensure they are kept up to date.
- Manage the creation, review and processing of indirect purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities and terms.
- Monitor and track PO statuses to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, while addressing discrepancies in purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries with suppliers and internal teams.
- Purchase in-direct materials as per business requirements.
- Collate and maintain open order/expediting reports to ensure accuracy.
- Administer invoices and resolve queries within company timescales to facilitate payments.
- Review company's expenses and ensure that purchase orders match the relevant invoices.
The Candidate
- Previous experience operating in a Procurement Administration role or similar.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Able to travel to Towcester.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase orders.
