Macildowie Recruitment & Retention - Supply Chain, Procurement & LogisticsProcurement Administrator/Co-Ordinator - Up to £33,000 Per Annum - TowcesterMonday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm - Hybrid Working AvailableMacildowie Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics is delighted to have exclusively partnered with a reputable and well established manufacturing brand in Towcester.The key objective is to partnered with colleagues cross functionally to review In-Direct procurement spend whilst regularly raising PO's and ensuring that suppliers are audited and compliant.Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting with the onboarding of new suppliers including requesting due diligence information.
  • Communicating regularly by email / phone with the suppliers to deal with any queries in a timely manner.
  • Updating the procurement systems and maintain supplier records to ensure they are kept up to date.
  • Manage the creation, review and processing of indirect purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities and terms.
  • Monitor and track PO statuses to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, while addressing discrepancies in purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Purchase in-direct materials as per business requirements.
  • Collate and maintain open order/expediting reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Administer invoices and resolve queries within company timescales to facilitate payments.
  • Review company's expenses and ensure that purchase orders match the relevant invoices.

The Candidate

  • Previous experience operating in a Procurement Administration role or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Able to travel to Towcester.
  • Ability to manage multiple purchase orders.
