Our client is looking for a part-time receptionist to join their team, covering either mornings or afternoons. This role is crucial, as you will be the first point of contact for clients, professional contacts, and third parties, both over the phone and in person. A positive attitude, excellent timekeeping, and a professional yet approachable demeanour are key to making a great first impression.The ideal person for this role will have strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.   • Managing diaries on Outlook
  • Answering incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department, and taking messages
  • Providing general administrative support as needed
  • Organising deliveries and collections
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts
  • Opening and scanning incoming post for the relevant Fee Earners
  • Maintaining the visitors' book
  • Keeping the reception area clean and organised
  • Covering for the AM Receptionist during holidays or other absences
