About the Business Development Manager Role:
Wills Consultants are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a growing team within a Global Engineering Company based in Northamptonshire. In return the Business Development Manager will receive:
£50,000 basic salary with OTE of £65,000 per annum
Car Allowance
Hybrid working arrangement after training (1 day in the office per week)

25 days holiday + 8 bank holiday

Requirements: As a Business Development Manager you must have:
Worked in a similar role and have proven experience in lead generation
Experience within warehousing, automation, manufacturing or logistics
Experience with customer management
Ability to be self-motivated
