About the Role: Wills Consultants are recruiting for a Business Support Coordinator for a fixed term 12-month contract.
After onboarding this role is a hybrid working arrangement.
As a Business Support Coordinator:
You will be providing support and customer service to external customers, engineering staff and internal functions within the business
Ordering and management of spare parts, creating quotations, placing orders and liaising with customers
Raising purchase orders and creating sales invoices and sales credits
Processing warranty claims
Providing administration support to Service Account Managers and Site Managers
Requirements: As an experienced Business Support Coordinator, you will have:
Experience within a similar role including dealing with high volumes of orders and customer queries
Exposure to financial processes
Strong IT skills
Attention to detail and effective time management
This role would be suitable for a Business Support Administrator, Business Support Assistant, Order Fulfilment Associate, Order Management Specialist, Stores Administrator, Spares and Warranty Advisor or Spares Coordinator.
