Are you an organised and proactive professional looking for an exciting opportunity in supply chain coordination? A well-established company is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join their dynamic team in Silverstone.

The Role:

As a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of multiple projects. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement, stock management, and customer interactions to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional service. You will be involved from project initiation to completion, coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing purchase orders and supplier invoices efficiently.

  • Managing spare parts procurement and issuing quotations to customers.

  • Collaborating with suppliers to obtain technical details, including drawings, BoMs, and specifications.

  • Following up on quotations and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales.

  • Overseeing stock control and ensuring accurate inventory management.

  • Preparing financial reports for the Supply Chain Manager and supporting regular reporting duties.

  • Handling logistics and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Supporting additional business functions as required.

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple departments and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in IT systems, including stock management and financial reporting.

  • Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or logistics environment is advantageous.
