This role offers a competitive salary of up to 45,000, along with a pension scheme, salary sacrifice options, and an end-of-year bonus scheme. Employees will benefit from enhanced holiday entitlement, structured around site shutdowns, as well as the advantage of half-day finishes on Fridays. This is a full-time, site-based position where you will play a key role in shaping the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies to align with best practices
- Provide expert advice and guidance to employees on HR matters
- Oversee employee relations and performance management
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process
- Spearhead employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Drive Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) initiatives
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Support the HR team in delivering key business objectives
- Produce HR reports and key metrics to inform decision-making
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to shape and deliver HR strategies
- Coach and upskill managers to enhance leadership capabilities
